  • Club soda, to top

20% de calvados

30% de jugo de ananá (piña)

50% de champaña helada

 Trozos de piñas, para decorar

 

 

Preparación:

Verter los ingredientes bien frios, directamente en la copa y respetando el orden dado.

Decorar con trozos de piñas natural o confitadas.

Cocktel de Medianoche-MOJITO DE BLACKBERRY

 





PREPARACIÓN 15 MÁS EL TIEMPO EN CONGELADOR

SERVICIO: PARA DOS PERSONAS

INGREDIENTES:

1/3 DE JALEA DE ZARZAMORA O BLACKBERRY SIN SEMILLAS

2 CUCHARADAS DE AGUA

1/4 DE HOJAS DE MENTA FRESCA

3 CUCHARADAS DE JUGO DE LIMA

1/3 TAZA DE BRANDY

1 TAZA DE SODA CLUB 

 

ADORNOS:

  • Ramitas con menta


PREPARACIÓN

  1. En una cacerola pequeña, combine la jalea y el agua,  Cocinar y batir a fuego medio alto hasta que la mezcla este suave y tranfiera a un envase pequeño.  Coloque en nevera hasta que este bien frio (casí con escarchita)
  2. En en una jarra pequeña, macere las hojas de menta con el jugo de limón.
  3. Añada el syrop de zarzamora o blackberry con el run.
  4. Divida el coctel en dos copas de cocktail y añada a cada copa 1/2 taza de soda club y adorne con la ramita de menta.
